Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We offer free standard shipping either on certain products or on orders totaling at least $35.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam unless otherwise indicated in the product’s own shipping policy.

Shipping Methods and Rates
All of our orders are normally shipped via USPS. A variety of shipping rates and methods for your orders will be displayed as options for you to choose from at checkout. We combine the weight of items from the same order together when determining shipping costs for items with calculated shipping.
If your domestic orders are eligible for free shipping or flat-rate shipping, we will choose USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground as our shipping method at our discretion based on your package size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic U.S. standard deliveries may take up to 5 business days to arrive, and up to 26 business days for non-continental shipments weighing over 15.99 oz that go to Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations.
For international shipments, expect delivery within 1 to 3 weeks to Canada and 1 to 4 weeks to other parts of the world.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by pandemics, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 2 business days. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be charged for duties, taxes, and brokerage/disbursement fees separately upon delivery. We do not include import duties, taxes or charges in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the international buyer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to purchasing.
Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for orders shipped to a California address only.
Damages and Missing Orders
If you received your order damaged, or if the order appears to be lost during shipping, please contact us immediately, but no later than 14 days from the shipping date, so we can help file a claim. A refund or replacement may be issued pending your cooperation during the claim process.
